Medion provide adequate support for most of their products, the web site is easy to use and I normally manage to find what I need there.
However you will find that some files needed to restore their machines are not available. I suggest you contact Medion directly if the BIOS code you need is not available for download.
We rely totally on the availablility and the integrity of the makers Binary files, if the maker doesnt make the needed files available then there is nothing we can do to help you unless you have backed up your BIOS or own an Identical machine.
