ECS-Elite-Uniwill website support is very good for all of their products. The web site makes it easy to navigate and find the files you need.
No problems with Elite-ECS BIOS as yet, have always managed to find what I need. They support their OEM products also in some cases.
lIm sure if you needed to they would reply to any support email, I have never had cause to do this with ECS-Elite machines. Have always found what Ive needed on their web site, without having to resort to Emails
